22 Jun Scooters, Blurry People, Noodles and More in Nam…
An amazing place to visit, with excellent food and wonderful people, Vietnam is often described by first-time visitors as a bit chaotic. The traffic in Saigon can be quite intimidating. There are massive roundabouts perpetually filled with a barrage of honking buses, scooters and automobiles weaving in and out of each other. Throw pedestrians into the mix, and maybe, just maybe you get the picture.
I spent a couple of days and nights photographing the bustling hive of Saigon. I then headed up to Hanoi, where I spent an afternoon and night shooting the more relaxed, quaint French Quarter. Some of the resulting photos can be seen in this post. There is a selection of some abstract scooter shots (see related post on scooters in Vietnam) as well as some slices of daily (or nightly) life.
